Together with his wife, Katja Kabaj, Jean-Michel brings the traditions of Goriška Brda into conversation with a French sensibility shaped by experience, patience, and conviction. His wines reveal the possibilities of local grapes, extended skin contact, and thoughtful maturation, offering texture and depth without losing their sense of place. We’ll explore four distinctive bottlings that showcase the breadth of his craft, from his namesake Cuvée Morel to a compelling Rebula and a red matured in Georgian qvevri.
