Valancio Bailey, owner and chef of Jamaican Spice, was born and raised in Jamaica and has a deep love of cooking for all people. He arrived in Michigan in 2015, and is excited to bring his own dishes to you in the Yard! We're so excited to welcome him to the lineup!
