We're kicking things off with the 2024 Luneau-Papin Le Verger Muscadet, a briny, mineral-driven white that tastes like the ocean took a vacation to the vineyard. Next up, the 2025 Domaine Charvin Côtes-du-Rhône Rosé, proof that even a region famous for big, brooding reds can pour something this effortlessly refreshing. And closing things out, the 2024 Les Lunes Cosmic Blend, a chillable red that isn't fussed about grapes or technique. It's just here for a good time, organically farmed and barely touched in the cellar.

2024 Luneau-Papin Muscadet Le Verger
From the Loire Valley's westernmost edge, where cool Atlantic air shapes every harvest, this Muscadet comes from the Pays Nantais, home to Melon de Bourgogne grapes and granite, gneiss, and schist soils. Luneau-Papin, among the appellation's finest producers, crafts this cuvée with precision. Sur lie aging, resting the wine on spent yeast lees through winter without racking, is central to Muscadet's identity, building texture and subtle creaminess while releasing autolytic notes of brioche and saline minerality that balance the grape's high acidity. 2024 Les Lunes Cosmic Blend
This is a wine that resists dissection. Rather than showcasing varietal character or site expression, Cosmic Blend chases a mood—an unfussy, chillable red built for long summer tables. Farmed organically and vinified with a light hand, it favors freshness and drinkability over structure or concentration, with bright acidity, soft tannin, and a juicy, almost effervescent lift when served cool. The blend itself changes intentionally; the point isn't identifying components, it's the sensation of ease. Crafted by a husband-and-wife team committed to low-intervention winemaking, it reads less like a technical exercise and more like a feeling poured into a glass.
